I agree to the Turnaround time listed on each preorder post. TAT is the time it takes for an item to ship from a vendor and arrive to D&L Boutique. I understand that TAT includes business days only. If I have multiple items, I understand that my order will not ship until all items have arrived (unless otherwise specified).
